You've got it together on the outside. The question is how it feels on the inside?

I work with couples who want to find their way back to each other. And with people who hold everything together on the outside, but carry a quiet sense of being lost within. We start where you actually are, not where you think you should be. Online, or with me in Costa del Sol, Spain.

What I do comes down to one thing: your relationship with yourself, and what's happening underneath. When that's healthy, everything else gets easier: love, safety, closeness with others.

I meet you where you are

I think I've experienced the world a little differently.

I often notice what's left unsaid. I sense when something's off, long before it shows on the surface. For a long time I thought everyone did.

They didn't.

So I tried to fit into a world that often seemed to play by rules I never quite understood. I built a career, got educated, performed, and took care of others. But somewhere along the way, I lost myself.

That's what led me to psychotherapy.

Not because people are broken, but because so many live far from themselves without understanding why. They run on a hamster wheel of values that aren't always their own, in a performance-driven society where your worth is measured by what you do, not who you are.

Step by step, I found my way back to myself. I left the corporate world, and eventually the secure life in Sweden, and moved to Spain. There, I started building a life that feels more true than the one I left behind.

Today I meet people who, just like I once did, function well on the outside but long for something they can't quite put into words.

Because the work is rarely about becoming someone else. It's about finding your way back to who you've always been.

I see individual clients and couples online and at my property Casa Eden on the Costa del Sol, where I also host sound healing and couples retreats.

How we work

Two ways to go deeper

What was forgotten or broken in you within a relationship doesn't heal in isolation, it heals in relationship. Sometimes that relationship is you and me. Sometimes it's you and your partner. Either way: we meet in what's actually happening here and now, and pause at the patterns keeping you from connection, with yourself and with others.

01

Couples Therapy with EFT

The fight about the dishes is rarely about the dishes. We go behind the words and the misunderstandings, to what's actually happening between you, and rebuild the safety and closeness.

02

Strengthen Your Healthy Adult Side

The ways you protect yourself, the patterns you repeat without quite understanding why, the sense of never really settling within yourself. We go to the roots, the early events that still shape you, and work through them with schema therapy and Lifespan Integration. Gentle, but it strengthens your healthy adult side, often after just a few sessions.

FAQ

Good to Know

01

What is EFT?

EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), developed by Sue Johnson in 1985, is an evidence-based, well-researched approach to couples therapy that focuses on the emotional bond between you. Instead of getting stuck in who's right, we go to what's actually underneath the conflict, often the fear of not mattering or feeling safe with each other.

02

What is Lifespan Integration?

Lifespan Integration, developed by Peggy Pace in 2002, is a gentle trauma treatment method that helps your brain process and integrate difficult memories, without needing to relive them in detail. We use a timeline of memories to help your nervous system understand that what happened then is over now.

03

What is schema therapy?

Schema therapy, developed by Jeffrey Young in the early 1990s, is an evidence-based approach that helps you understand the deeper patterns, often formed early in life, that still shape how you think, feel, and act in relationships. The goal is to strengthen your healthy adult side so old patterns no longer call the shots.

04

What is Meta-Coaching?

Meta-Coaching, developed by L. Michael Hall and Michelle Duval in 2001, is a coaching method built on NLP and cognitive psychology. It focuses on how you think about your thoughts and feel about your feelings, helping you become more self-aware, set clear goals, and act with intention instead of on autopilot.

05
